❌ Cancellation Policy – Essence Irresistible

At Essence Irresistible, we understand that plans can change. That is why we allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

✅ Before Dispatch

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped. If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

🚚 After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, customers may still return the product in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

📝 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us at customer@essenceirresistible.com with your order number and cancellation request.
We will confirm the cancellation and process the refund within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Customised or special-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Essence Irresistible reserves the right to verify all cancellation requests to ensure compliance with these conditions.
