WHY MIGHT MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?
To make sure you receive your products as quickly as possible, some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. This can happen if items are stored in different warehouses or if certain products are ready for dispatch sooner than others. Sending items separately helps us avoid unnecessary delays and ensures faster delivery for you.

We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?
All orders are sent with tracking and insured delivery. If your order is delayed, returned, or lost in transit, please contact us at customer@essenceirresistible.com.
