🏷️ Price-Match Policy – Essence Irresistible

At Essence Irresistible, we want our customers to shop with complete confidence, knowing they are always receiving a fair deal. That is why we offer our Price-Match Guarantee. If you find the same product being sold at a lower price by another eligible retailer, we will match that price – subject to the conditions below.

✅ Eligibility

To qualify for our Price-Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical (brand, model, size, colour, and specifications).

  • The competitor must be a legitimate retailer, registered in the UK or EU. Marketplace sellers, auction sites, and private resellers are excluded.

  • The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery.

  • The competitor’s price must be publicly visible and not part of special promotions such as clearance, liquidation, bundle offers, coupon discounts, or membership-only pricing.

📝 How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please contact us at customer@essenceirresistible.com before placing your order, or within 24 hours after purchase.

Include the following details in your request:

  1. The competitor’s website link where the product is listed.

  2. A screenshot of the advertised price, including date and time.

  3. Your Essence Irresistible order number (if you have already purchased).

Once verified, we will adjust your order price or refund the difference within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Exclusions

Our Price-Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Prices from online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.), classified ads, or resellers.

  • Products with pricing errors, misprints, or temporary flash sales.

  • Non-identical items, including refurbished, open-box, or pre-owned products.

  • Price differences lower than £1.

📌 Final Decision

Essence Irresistible reserves the right to verify all claims and determine eligibility. The Price-Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
